A Magical Journey Through the Library teaches children proper library etiquette and essential media skills using clever riddles and catchy songs. (In fact, you and your students will be humming the tunes long after the program has ended!) Lovable characters like Fabulous Fiona, Boggles the Book Bug, the gruff Book Bandits, the sweet Minis and a one-of-a-kind librarian help make this video as entertaining as it is educational.

A multi-ethnic group of students begin by learning what not to do through a funny song about the misguided Book Bandits’ poor treatment of books. More delightful songs and jokes teach kids everything they need to know about their library!

In the end everyone has discovered something magical about the library, and the Book Bandits have even changed their ways and become library sheriffs! Approximately 25 minutes. Grades K–3. 2004.
